Camera and Media
RAKETMO requests access to your device camera and media library to allow you to upload photos of jobs, completed work, or your profile. Camera access is only activated when you explicitly choose to use it and is never accessed in the background.
Location Data
Location data is used to match Taskers with nearby job opportunities and to display relevant listings in your area. Precise location is only collected when the app is in use and with your explicit permission. We do not track your location in the background.

- To create and manage your account as a Job Poster or Tasker
- To match Taskers with relevant local job listings
- To facilitate payments and payouts through Stripe
- To verify identities and maintain platform trust and safety
- To display relevant advertisements

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Other Users: Your public profile, ratings, and job activity are visible to other RAKETMO users as needed to facilitate transactions.
- Service Providers: Stripe (payments), cloud hosting, analytics, advertising networks, and push notification services.
- Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
5. Advertising
RAKETMO displays third-party advertisements. We and our advertising partners may use your Advertising ID and usage data to serve relevant ads. You may opt out of personalised advertising through your device settings at any time.
6. Children's Privacy
RAKETMO is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data promptly. Contact info@raketmo.com if you believe a minor has registered.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide our services. You may request deletion at any time by emailing delete@raketmo.com. Certain financial and legal records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law.

We use industry-standard security including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest for sensitive data. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and we never store raw card details.
